As a member of LIFT (Leadership Influencing Forward Thinking) at Denver Zoo, a group of 12 applicants were tasked to create an internal recognition program and brand. I I took the creative lead for strategy and design as we developed a fun look that could transfer to both the formal and informal components of the program. We chose the otter because they are friendly pack animals that work together and the action of giving a high five to represent how peers can praise and appreciate each other.
